Going to Kentucky       ...again! I get all O.C.D. when I have to live out of a suitcase and it sort of stresses me out sometimes.  I definately need to get over it.  It's a lot of work hauling around everything that you need to take care of a baby though. Good think I'm young, eh? AND I'm getting ginormous muscles from carrying her around. I haven't been to the doctor in a while to see how much she weighs but I weighed myself and then weighed myself holding her and that said she weighed about 14.5 lbs!!!!!! WOOHOO for big bellied babies. My milk must be awesome! I'm so blessed to have such a joyous baby who is strong and healthy and smiles EVERY SINGLE time she sees me. It's the best thing i've ever experienced in my whole life. 

Oh and thanks for hanging with me tonight Chelsea. It was fun. I enjoy talking to you and realizing that we have so much in common. You're cool.

{happy father's day} matty 

so it's the very first father's day for the most incredible father/daddy in the entire universe. he has grown so much over the past few months and it's amazing to watch. what a beautiful soul he has. his passion is mighty and his zest for life is...big. i love seeing him grow into fatherhood. it's made him twice the man he was. he truly is the king of our castle and would fight any dragon that threatens our path. i can't wait to see what's next. matty i love you so much and i hope that this father's day is wonderful.

i really really don't like thunder. 

the past two nights i have dreamt about tornadoes. the most recent one i was being chased by murderers during the tornado. not cool. so i'm mega paranoid every time i hear thunder (which has been a lot lately). thinking that it is just "God bowling" isn't helping...

on another note, so you think you can dance is GREAT this year. i'll post my faves from the first episode. so so so much fun! it's one of those shows (for me at least) where i get all caught up in it and forget the real world for an hour--then it's over and it's like wa wa wa.

so i'm at home today...waiting for the scary storms to go away and watching what not to wear. i reallly need to go shopping because summer is here and it's getting really hot in my winter clothes! plus i gave away all my clothes. literally. so who's coming with me? i need help. i always get so overwhelmed with shopping. if i was going for something in particular, like a dress, then i'm okay but when i just go with having to get summer clothes i'm really freaked out by it. haha don't get me wrong i like to go shopping but women's clothes are so all over the place that it's hard for me to focus. oh well...things could be worse. 

we took hallie to a pool for the first time on sunday-she screamed the entire time. not so relaxing. but it was good to get out of these four walls and into the sun. PLUS she looked adorable in her bathing suit. no pictures though :( but i'm sure there will be plenty of them this summer.
